What do you actually do?

We handle everything to do with email marketing: strategy, copy, design, implementation, monitoring, etc...

We specialize in brands using Klaviyo and Shopify.

How much work is needed from me?

As much or as little as you like.

We get it: you're hiring an email marketing agency to take it off your plate, not to add MORE work. Although we enjoy collaboration, we're happy to handle everything from campaign strategy and brainstorming to the final implementation.

All you have to do is approve the emails before they're sent out (and even that's not required if you don't want to!).

Do you do one-off projects?

No. As a boutique agency, we're not interested in squeezing as much money from you as we can over a short period - we're looking for long-term partners. The best results with email marketing come from steady, consistent efforts.

Although our clients are free to leave anytime (we don't lock them into contracts), they tend to stick around!

How much does it cost?

Pricing is dependent on the scope and complexity of the work. As a boutique agency we can be quite flexible - and we always like to do an audit and discuss with the brand owner (YOU!) to find something that works for both sides.
